Screen CleaningRemoved, cleaned with a dedicated screen cleaner, and reinstalled. Usually added to a window cleaning.
House WashingSoft wash, not pressure blast. Algae and mildew off vinyl, cedar, and stucco, safely.
Power WashingDriveways, patios, decks, and fences, surface-cleaned evenly with edges detailed by hand.
Christmas LightsDesign, install, mid-season fixes, and January takedown. Clips, never staples.
